What we collect.
Only what you type into our forms: your name, firm name, website address, email, and phone number if you give it, plus your message. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party chat on this site.
Why.
To prepare the review you asked for and to follow up on it. If you tick the box, Gaston may call or text you about it. You can withdraw that consent at any time by replying STOP to a text or emailing hello@settledsites.com.
Who sees it.
The two of us. We do not sell or share your details. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, and our email provider, Resend, process data on our behalf. Cloudflare's Turnstile check on our forms looks at your browser to tell people from automated spam. It does not use advertising cookies.
How long we keep it.
For as long as we are talking about a project, and no longer than two years after our last contact unless you become a client.
